Jakarta Housing and Government Building Dept has deleted the planned construction of the flat in draft revised City Budget (APBD-P) 2016. It is because, the city administration has yet to receive funds for tax revenue by Rp 4 trillion.

Nevertheless, he admitted, project would be rescheduled in the upcoming 2017.
City to Build Rusunami"The land is not yet acquired thus we can't delete it. We also plan to build the flat on city's land but its access road is not qualified passed by truck," he stated.
Those 22 flats are located in Penggilingan, Cengkareng Barat, Daan Mogot, Pondok Pinang or in office of UPT Perkayuan, Jl Inspeksi KBT in Menteng Urban Village, Cililitan and Pulogadung.
"Project fund is reaching Rp 4 trillion," he finished.
